Charlottesville Fashion Square was a regional shopping mall located about one mile north of Charlottesville city limits on U.S. Route 29 in unincorporated Albemarle County, Virginia. It opened in 1980 and included renovations in 1990 and 1999 but faced financial difficulties, with its owners filing for bankruptcy in 2021, and the mall's management terminating leases by January 2025.
