Hello.. Avoid the "manager" Stanford. He is super cocky and will take forever trying to setup your account. It took 4 hours to just get 2 phones!! Plus his family came in twice to chat about dinner, while I waited, he forgot to apply my employee discount, my rebates, and the credit HE offered as a deal. He continuously forgot my name, had it written down on a pc of paper for him, AND when I eventually got loggin into my sprint account, my name was completely spelled wrong. Also, trying to get into my new account was a nightmare. He never gave me a pw and when I did a password reset by email, it turned out he had entered HIS OWN EMAIL address as the email on the account. I called the regional manager and they said he had heard bad info about him. 3 Weeks later I discover Im not getting any texts because he never turned off my old iphone so I was livid and called the store. I recognized his voice and asked his name, he changed it and said he was the regional manager and that Stanford was the best around. Wow very shady. AVOID THIS STORE. It was a nightmare...oh and my phone account is still set up wrong.
